You can manage your sign-in profile from Settings → Account. This page contains the account provider's profile and security controls.
- Open the dashboard and confirm that you are signed in to the account you want to change.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Select the name, email, connected sign-in account, or security option you want to manage.
- Follow any verification step shown before finishing the change.
Follow the controls visible in your account; sign-in and security choices can differ by account.
Your sign-in profile and Penny's core memories serve different purposes. A name or email change in account settings manages your account identity. If you also want your AI to use a different name or remember a changed preference, ask it to update the relevant core memory and check that change in the dashboard.
If you cannot complete an email verification or recover access, contact support. Explain which account setting failed. Do not include a password, verification code, or full identity document in the request.
