Open Settings → Billing to see your plan, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation date. If you have a subscription, select Manage billing to open the billing portal.
Use the portal to manage your subscription and payment information. To stop renewal, follow its cancellation instructions and confirm the action. Return to Penny and check for Cancels on with the end date. Simply closing the portal, signing out, uninstalling a plugin, or disconnecting an AI app does not cancel a subscription.
Under the Terms of Service, subscriptions renew until canceled unless different terms were disclosed at purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Check the purchase terms for any trial, promotion, refund, or plan-change conditions.
Cancellation and account deletion are separate decisions. Cancel renewal if you want to stop paying; request account deletion separately if you also want stored account content removed.
If the portal will not open, retry in a moment or contact support. Include the displayed status and error. A Payment past due message means the payment method needs attention; use billing controls to address it rather than reconnecting an AI app.
