Sign in to Penny

Use the sign-in method offered for your account, and approve each AI connection with your own Penny login.

Updated October 12, 2026

Open the Penny dashboard and choose Sign in. Use the email address or connected sign-in account you used when creating your Penny account. Follow the options shown on the sign-in screen; available methods can differ by account.

If the screen offers a passkey, select it and follow your browser or device's prompt. The approval happens in that prompt. You do not need to send your passkey, password, or sign-in code to a support agent or paste it into an AI conversation.

When an AI app opens Penny’s sign-in page, use your own Penny account. Complete sign-in in the browser, review the requested access, and return to the AI app after approving the connection. Installing a public plugin does not give it someone else’s account access.

If sign-in does not finish, check the browser for an unfinished approval, then start sign-in again. If you reach an account with unexpected memory, check the signed-in account before saving anything new. Contact support if you cannot get into the account you intended to use. Include the step that failed and the exact error, with sign-in codes removed.
