Penny starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the signup trial. You can see the end date in Settings → Billing.
Use the trial to connect your AI tools, save useful memory, and check recall from another connected tool. If you decide to subscribe, select Start subscription from the Billing page and review checkout before completing the purchase.
The signup trial and a subscription trial are different. A signup trial has no card on file and no subscription to manage in the billing portal. After subscribing, the Billing page shows the subscription's status and relevant dates.
Check the message under your signup trial before paying. It tells you whether the remaining trial days carry over or billing begins when you subscribe. Review the amount and date shown at checkout rather than assuming payment always waits until the original deadline.
If the signup trial ends before you subscribe, your memory remains intact. Subscribing restores connected tools' access to it. If you see a trial-ended message after completing a purchase, check Billing for the subscription status and contact support if it has not updated. You do not need to share card numbers.
