What a tracker looks like
Think of a tracker as a spreadsheet your AI can read and write: one row per entry, with the value and a note. Log a new row by saying it. A few from different parts of life:
Runs
| Day | Miles |
|---|---|
| Mon | 3.1 |
| Wed | 2.5 |
| Sat | 4.0 |
Sleep
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Mon | 7.2 |
| Tue | 6.5 |
| Wed | 7.4 |
Blood pressure
| Day | Reading |
|---|---|
| Mon | 118/76 |
| Tue | 121/79 |
| Wed | 117/75 |
Words written
| Day | Words |
|---|---|
| Mon | 850 |
| Tue | 1,210 |
| Wed | 640 |
| Thu | 1,200 |

Things to try saying
These work in any AI you've connected to Penny, whatever you use it for.
"Let's track my sleep: hours and how rested I feel."
Sets up a tracker with the details you name.
"Log today: 5 miles, 48 minutes."
Adds an entry to the right tracker.
"Spent $64 on groceries."
Logs it to your spending tracker, or offers to set one up if you don't have one yet.
"How's my running going?"
Summarizes the tracker: totals, averages, and recent entries.
"Any patterns in my sleep?"
Your AI reads the entries and their notes and tells you what it sees.
"Compare this month to last month."
Looks back over the entries for both.
"That entry should be 57, not 58."
Corrects the entry instead of adding a new one.
"Plan next week around my calendar."
Combines your tracker with your calendar connector, if your AI has one.
"What trackers do I have?"
Lists every tracker and its latest entry.
